Acceptance of Terms. By using https://jllandscapingdansville.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, J&L Landscaping markets and arranges Gutter Cleaning, Mulch Installation, Fall Cleanup Service, Lawn Mowing, Weed Control. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://jllandscapingdansville.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of J&L Landscaping or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. J&L Landscaping may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. J&L Landscaping disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of J&L Landscaping arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify J&L Landscaping from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
